Clarification Text on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK / GDPR)
1. Definitions and Parties
In this text:
* Company: NGL Lojistik LTD.ŞTİ, International Freight Transportation Services
* Data Subject / Data Owner: Refers to natural persons who use our Company’s services and those who have a business relationship with our company, such as customers, representatives of sender/receiver companies, and job applicants.
* Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
* Legal Basis: Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and other relevant legislation.

Your applications will be concluded free of charge within a maximum of 30 days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is required by legislation, it may be charged according to the tariff determined by the relevant boards.
11. Changes
This clarification text may be updated from time to time due to changes in legislation, company policies, practices, or technological developments. Any changes to the text will become effective as soon as the updated version is published on our website.
