NGL LOGISTICS CLOSED 2025 WITH 35 PER CENT GROWTH
NGL Logistics, which operates in the fields of international road haulage, domestic transport and warehousing solutions, achieved 35 per cent growth throughout 2025 whilst maintaining its workforce and creating new jobs. The company reached 120 countries and 2,550 cities through regular import and export shipments across Eastern Europe, the Baltic states and Europe as a whole; it delivered cargo safely and on time via 11,000 vehicle journeys.
CEO Ferhat Emanetoğlu, noting that according to independent research results the company achieved a 98 per cent customer satisfaction rate and a 97 per cent damage-free rate, emphasised that their target for the coming period is 100 per cent customer satisfaction across all processes.
Digitalisation and Transparency Take Centre Stage
Emanetoğlu explained that the company’s main focus for 2025 is on customer experience, software-supported traceability and operational efficiency, stating: “We have strengthened the technological infrastructure that enables our customers to be kept informed at every stage of their cargo’s journey. We have concentrated on optimising both full-load and part-load operations through our overseas subsidiaries and agency network.”
Regional Strength: Eastern Europe, the Baltics and the Balkans
Throughout the year, NGL Logistics increased its market share in both full-load and groupage transport along the Eastern Europe and Baltic routes, whilst offering competitive alternatives for transport to the Balkans and across Europe. The company responded to express and urgent orders using its own fleet of lorries and minivans on dedicated road routes, and operated in all 81 provinces through its domestic distribution and warehousing services.
2026 Targets: New Routes and More Technology
Sharing the company’s targets for 2026, Emanetoğlu stated that they aim to maintain customer satisfaction at the highest level whilst increasing efficiency and market share in full and partial shipments, introducing new routes and lines, and expanding technological investments. “We are building an ecosystem that provides transparent, real-time access to information, allowing our customers to track the progress of their cargo whenever they wish,” he said.
In line with its ‘New Generation Logistics’ vision, NGL Logistics aims to be a long-term and stable business partner for its customers by providing sustainable, reliable and well-planned solutions.
